Mountain Mobility is an unforgettable event designed to help you step into yourself through creative, technique heavy guided movement. Set in the wild backcountry of rugged British Columbia on 640 private acres, quiet enough to hear the heartbeat of the Earth itself. Training focus will be on flexibility, extension, handstands, and floor movement. THIS RETREAT IS APPROPRIATE FOR ALL LEVELS. Aerial rigs will bet set up and lessons are available as a part of the retreat, but, this is not an “AERIAL RETREAT”
