I created my Patreon in order to better connect with learners and lovers of movement all over the world. After years of relentless travel, a life shift allowed me to slow down and focus on digging deeper into the projects and research that inspire and improve the understanding of our craft. I love using a platform that allows for simple support and direct connection for this work.

I primarily utilize my Patreon to research and create new work. In return, I share this work in a variety of ways: live classes, recordings, tutorials, workshops, a book, and even a podcast/discussion group.
